About the role
Lolumen is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to own how Lolumen reaches players: positioning, brand, content, community and growth.
You would work directly with the founder and shape the marketing function from the ground up. The role is compensated with equity.
Responsibilities
- Set marketing strategy and positioning for Lolumen
- Plan and run launches, campaigns and content
- Grow and look after Lolumen's community and channels
- Measure what works and report on it
- Build the marketing function as the company grows
What we're looking for
- A record of leading marketing for a consumer product, ideally in games
- Strong judgement on brand, writing and design
- Comfort moving between strategy and hands-on work
- Interest in an equity role at an early-stage company
