Data for the studios. From real games.
The studio console: archetype win rates with their ranges, by format, rank band and patch. Sample figures, drawn to show the layout.
Lolumen Data gives game studios and publishers aggregate, anonymous insight from the games players track: how decks and cards really perform, patch by patch, each number with its range.

What we provide.
Answers to the questions balance, design and community teams ask, from games played for real rather than surveys or guesses.
Meta and balance analytics
Win rates by class, archetype and matchup, by format and rank band, each with its range, so a balance call never rests on a thin sample.
Patch impact
How a change landed: the cards and decks it touched, before and after, measured on the same terms.
Card and deck performance
How often decks win when a card is drawn, kept or played, from imported game logs, across the whole player base.
Player experience
Game length, turn order and the coin, and how new decks settle in over their first weeks.
Feeds and dashboards
Regular reports, a live dashboard or a data feed into your own tools, on the cadence your team works to.
Custom studies
A question of your own, scoped with you and answered from the data, with the method written down.
Beyond the console. Same games, same method.
Patch impact: each changed card’s deck win rate before and after, beside the change notes. Sample figures, drawn to show the layout.
Card performance: an archetype’s win rate when each card is drawn, kept or played, against the deck’s own. Invented card names. Sample figures, drawn to show the layout.
The data feed: the console’s numbers as JSON or CSV for your own tools, every field described. Sample figures, drawn to show the layout.
A delivered report: its cover and summary, with the method and ranges on the page. Sample figures, drawn to show the layout.

What can we answer?
Choose your team and a game: here are the questions we’d start from, and what you’d receive.
Questions we’d start from
- Which archetypes over- or under-perform at each rank band, and how sure is each rate?
- How did the last patch land, card by card, measured the same way before and after?
- Which cards lift a deck most when they’re drawn, kept or played?
From games players track and choose to share, every rate with its 95% range.
A dashboard
The meta, patch impact and card performance, filtered by format, rank band and patch, and refreshed each patch.
Ask us thisQuestions we’d start from
- Which strategies over- or under-perform, once enough games are tracked?
- How did a balance change land, measured the same way before and after?
- What would players need to track for a sound answer?
We don’t track this game yet, so every answer starts with a scoping study.
A scoping study
What players would need to track, how many games a sound answer takes and when it could be ready, scoped with you before anything is agreed.

- How did a new set settle in over its first weeks: which decks rose, and which faded?
- How long do games run, and how much does going first matter, by format?
- Which classes are players choosing, and did that shift after the patch?
From games players track and choose to share, every rate with its 95% range.
A report
The answers written up with their method and ranges, timed to your release calendar.

- Which modes and strategies are players choosing?
- How soon could a tracked sample answer a launch question?

Built on trust. Players first.
Players track with Lolumen because it's theirs. Lolumen Data is held to that.
Aggregate and anonymous only
Studios get statistics over many players, never a player: no names, handles, accounts or single games, and no figure small enough to point at one person.
Players stay in control
Only games players choose to count go in. Turning that off in Settings takes their games out of every figure from then on.
Ranges, not guesses
Every rate comes with its 95% range, worked out the way Lolumen's own analytics do, and anything under 10 decided games is marked early, not called.
Sources respected
We mean to stay within each publisher’s published terms, and we credit every source. No publisher endorses or licenses Lolumen Data.
In every delivery
- Rates over many players’ games, each with its 95% range
- The sample behind every rate
- Format, rank band and patch for every figure
- The method, and where every number comes from
Never in any delivery
- Names, BattleTags, Riot IDs or accounts
- A single game, or a player’s history
- A figure small enough to point at one person
- Games players didn’t choose to share
How it works.
Tell us the question
What your team is trying to decide, for which game, and by when.
We scope it with you
What the data can answer, how sure it can be, and in what form: a report, a dashboard or a feed.
An agreement
What you receive and how it may be used, with the aggregate-only rules written in.
Delivery
The answer, its method and its ranges, then updates on the cadence agreed.

Questions.
Which games do you cover?
Hearthstone in depth today. More games are on the roadmap, and a study for a game we plan to cover is worth a conversation.
Do you sell player data?
No. Lolumen Data provides aggregate statistics and analysis. Nothing that identifies or singles out a player is shared, and players choose whether their games count at all.
Can we see individual games or players?
No. Every figure is over many players’ games, and nothing small enough to point at one person is shown. That holds for reports, dashboards and feeds alike.
What does it cost?
Each piece of work is scoped with you first, then priced to that scope. We’re taking first conversations, so there are no packages or price lists yet.
How do we start?
Use the form for a study, a dashboard or feed, or a partnership, with the question your team is working on and the game and timeframe it concerns.
