- T1 vs Dplus KIA, 7:00 PM ET. The champions of 2023, 2024 and 2025 against Korea's fourth seed. T1 beat LOS 19 kills to 3; Dplus KIA got past G2 on towers.

The 0–1 matches
The four losers go to 0–2 and play a best-of-three on Monday to stay in.

What's at stake
Three match wins send a team to the quarterfinals and three losses eliminate it, so no one goes through or out on Saturday. Any match that decides advancement or elimination is a best-of-three. From Round 2, teams with the same record are paired at random, with no rematches, and teams from the same region can meet, which is how all four LCK teams drew each other.
- Sunday, October 25: the four 2–0 teams play two best-of-threes, the winners going to the quarterfinals. Two of the four 1–1 best-of-ones are played too.
- Monday, October 26: the other two 1–1 matches, and two best-of-threes between the 0–2 teams, the losers going home.
