Bilibili Gaming vs Movistar KOI: 3:00 PM ET on October 23

Bilibili Gaming vs Movistar KOI is slotted for 3:00 PM ET (2:00 PM CDT) on Friday, October 23, the third best-of-one of Worlds 2026 Swiss Round 1. Both teams arrive off a lost final.

Bilibili Gaming vs Movistar KOI: 3:00 PM ET on Friday, October 23, which is 2:00 PM CDT in Allen, Texas and 19:00 UTC. A best-of-one, Swiss Round 1, match 3 of 8.

Bilibili Gaming vs Movistar KOI is a best-of-one scheduled for 3:00 PM ET (2:00 PM CDT) on Friday, October 23, the third match of Worlds 2026 Swiss Round 1 in Allen, Texas.

ET on this date is Eastern Daylight Time. New York doesn't move to standard time until November 1, so it's UTC−4, and the slot is 19:00 UTC.

When it really starts

3:00 PM ET is a scheduled slot. The day has one fixed broadcast start, 1:00 PM ET, so if the first two best-of-ones run long, this one starts late, and Riot's ruleset lets officials reorder matches within a day. Some previews list this match last: they follow the draw order, not the playing order. The official LoL Esports schedule has it third.

How they got here

  • Bilibili Gaming are China's second seed, through championship points. They've lost two finals since July: 2–3 to Hanwha Life Esports in the MSI final on July 12, and 1–3 to Anyone's Legend in the LPL Split 3 final on September 13.
  • Movistar KOI are the LEC's second seed. They beat Karmine Corp 3–0 in the lower final, then lost the LEC Summer final 0–3 to G2 Esports on September 20.

BLG were in draw Tier 2 and MKOI in Tier 3. Round 1 kept teams from the same region apart, so this is China against EMEA.

What's at stake

Both teams arrive off a lost final, and neither can be knocked out on Friday. Three match wins advance a team to the Knockout Stage and three match losses eliminate it; the winner here moves to 1–0, the loser to 0–1.

Rounds 1 and 2 are best-of-ones, and every match that decides advancement or elimination is a best-of-three, so the first match that can end a team's tournament comes in Round 3. Round 2 is drawn right after Friday's matches, with same-record teams paired at random, and it's played Saturday, October 24, from 1:00 PM ET.
