Your data and privacy

What’s public, what isn’t, exporting everything, and deleting your account.

What others can see, what they can't, and how to take everything with you or delete it. The full legal text is in the Privacy policy.

What's public

  • Your profile page, unless you make it private: your name, handle, photo and bio, your favourite class and champion, your region and links if you add them, your BattleTag only if you choose to show it, and the saved cards and puzzle stats it shows. A private profile is visible only to you.
  • Decks you choose to share in Community decks.
  • Your place on the daily-game leaderboards, unless you turn that off.

What isn't

  • Your tracked games, notes and analytics. Nobody else sees them.
  • Private decks and your settings.
  • Your email address and payment details. Sign-in is handled by Clerk and payments by Stripe; Lolumen never sees your card.

Your ranked games count toward the community class win rates only as totals, never tied to you, and only while Count my ranked games in the community stats is on in Settings → Preferences.

Taking your data with you

In Settings → Your data, download everything Lolumen stores about you as one file: your profile, settings, tracked games, decks, puzzle results and stats, follows, likes and saved cards. To take just your games to a spreadsheet, export them as CSV from Game history.

Deleting your account

Also in Settings → Your data. Any subscription is cancelled first so you aren't billed again, then your profile and everything tied to it is deleted, and you're signed out everywhere. This can't be undone.

Games kept in your browser

Games you track while signed out never leave your browser unless you move them into an account. Clearing the site's data in your browser removes them.
