How the daily games work
The seven games, streaks, leaderboards, practice rounds and the archive.
There are 7 daily guessing games, each with a new answer every day.
The games
| Game | For | What it asks |
|---|---|---|
| Classic | Hearthstone | Guess the card from how its stats compare. |
| Art | Hearthstone | Name the card from a zoomed-in piece of its art. |
| Flavor | Hearthstone | Name the card from its flavor text. |
| Classic | League of Legends | Guess the champion from how their attributes compare. |
| Ability | League of Legends | Name the champion from one ability icon. |
| Splash | League of Legends | Name the champion from a zoomed-in splash art. |
| Title | League of Legends | Name the champion from their title. |
Today's answer
Each game picks its answer from the real card and champion data, and everyone playing on the same day gets the same one. New puzzles start at midnight, your time. The game shows a countdown to the next one.
Guess as many times as you need. Every guess shows how close it was. In Classic, each attribute is marked right, close, higher or lower. The other games give you more of the picture with each miss. Splash and Ability end with a bonus question about the skin or the key.
Streaks and stats
Each game keeps its own streak: the days in a row you've solved it. Signed in, your results and streaks follow you on every device. Each game also shows how many guesses your wins took.
Leaderboards
The Leaderboards rank today's solvers by fewest guesses, and players by their current streak, for each game. To keep yourself off them, turn off Show me on leaderboards in Settings → Preferences. Your results still count for your own stats.
Practice and the archive
Practice rounds pick a random answer whenever you like, and never touch your streak. With Premium, the archive lets you play any day from the past 365 days.
